this is very common. If your cervix was removed, the bleeding is originating with the sutures that closed the incision made during surgery. If the cervix was not removed, that could also be the cause if the doctor did not fully cauterize (burn) the inner lining of the cervix. All will be well in a couple of days, ovaries will help maintain your hormone levels and prevent menopause. good luck.
