Council tax increases?

People who live in areas with good schools and low crime rates could be facing huge increases in council tax. Homeowners and tenants can expect to pay four times more than they already do if their locality is deemed more desirable than others, according to The Sunday Telegraph. hmm so yet again the good people of the UK are going to subsidise the s if you live in a high crime rate area you should pay for the cost of policing, I already pay enough Tax etc why should i have to pay more ?
