i have anxiety issues and have for about a year. im 16 and ive tried things recommended by my therapist but they often dont work and most sleeping pills require 8 full hours and honestly im in highschool so its almost impossible to get that. and there are certain nights when i just feel so anxious i know itl be almost impossible for me to sleep. are there any things to help? i usually listen to a book or something to distract my racing mind and rainforest sounds and things alike do not help they just annoy me. any ideas?
