When they measure you for rides at busch gardens do you have to take your shoes off? on the kiddie rides?

Want to take my daughter to the new sesame street safari and busch gardens and you have to be 36" tall to ride the rides. She is extremly short for her age (about 35" tall at the moment and 36" with her shoes on) will they make her take her shoes off when they measure her? dont want to take her and have her be dissapointed!!
