Am i her friend or an option in her life?

ok heres the deal, we have been friends for almost a yr, we talked alot, almost evry night. I recently asked why she wont be around me and it was cuz of her parent cuz im a couple years older and she is busy too, but she isnt that busy. I broke down and said i felt like a 2nd priority to her like i was just an option to her, that i felt she would never pick me, It started when i asked her jst to say hi to me whn she could and she told me she doesnt say hi to her friends everyday, but i know diffrnt, she always did and now she hardly will talk to me, leaves for hours and half the time she doesnt come back like she said she would to finsh. she is very important to me so i dont like feeling like an option to her, she said i wsnt but she just didnt have time and isnt alowed to see me, im just her friend, i want time with her, just every once and awhile, she said id have to wait for her to get a car and a better job and stuf like that before she could be around me, whats the deal with her
