I think i was abducted last night (for believers only )?

i remember something pulling me out my window, there was no light - nothing. i woke on this metallic ball under my back and this needle went through me. i woke back in bed and i usually wake at ten in the morning With an alarm, but woke at one in the afternoon any help?
