Please help i am pregnant?

I went to doctors today and i tought my bladder infection came back but he did test and wasn't that , but he said it could be my intestines... but i am not shure could i be chance of miscarrying because i have really bad back pains & Stomach pains i cry alot because it so painful! i am only 16 and 6 weeks pregnant!
