Round ligament pain vs endometriosis pain in pregnancy?

So I am 9wks5days pregnant!! ALMOST 10!!! can't wait! But I have been feeling like I am getting my period. I think the thing is that I have endometriosis and have pain around and durring my period that I thought was "period" pain but had laparascopy bc they thought my pregnancy was ectopic and thats when I found out I had endo rather bad. So I am wondering if the pain I am having is from the endometriosis or round ligament pain? What does round ligament pain feel like?! When I get up after laying down my abd hurts. When I change postion it hurts 2. Normal or not?!?! I have a dr appt friday and I will ask him about this but I just wanted some of your opinions!!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
