What do Ukrainian do with stockpiling of surplus conventional weapons and ammunition?

I have this MUN research going on right now, and I'm quite stuck where I have to look for what Ukraine do with those surplus conventional weapons and ammunition... Do they destroy them? Or do other things with it? Could you send me the URL that has to do with this issue in Ukraine? Thanks
