Need an opinion.. am i pregnant?

I'm 26. I've always had a very regular cycle, 28 days, like clockwork. I'm a week and a half late. Took a urine hcg 2 days ago but it was negative. I've been pregnant before and have had my urine come up negative before but have had the blood hcg come up +. are sore, nausea, incredibly horrible acid reflux out of no where, and frequent trips to the potty. No major weight gain/loss recently. I'm only asking because in order to get a blood hcg done I'd have to go to where I work to have it done and I don't want anyone to know yet. Opinions please!
