How do i type a question mark on my e627?

I cannot figure out how to type a question mark on my laptop. It is an Emachines E627. I tried function+alt+shift+k but no chime...also tried that same thing then f2 shift and space and nothing. I heard to do that from another answer but it won`t work for me. Please help.
