You can't without a court order. The faster way is to try and work it out directly with the other owner. Is there some particular sticking point? Is there a mortgage on the property that is in default? Try to talk calmly and rationally with the other person and explain why the property must be sold. Or, if they want to stay in the property and you want out, have them buy you out or just sign the property over to them (call a title company to draft the deed you will need).
