Female problems someone help.?

so for the last two days i've been having extreme itching down below. i had a yellow discharge yesterday, but today it's white and clumpy. me and my boyfriend uses spit as a lubricant because i'm allergic to lubricants. so maybe this might be the reason of the itch and such. i want to know if their is anything i can buy to help cause my mom has cancer and no insurance to take me to the doctors... please help...
